How to Enable/Disable Automations

To enable/disable automatic emails or texts:

Step 1 - Click Communicate

Step 2 - Click Automate Emails / Texts

Step 3 - This will bring you to the list of the current automations

Automations with an X under enabled are turned off and will not be sent out automatically

Automations with a ✓ under enabled are turned on and will be set out automatically

Step 4 - Click the pencil icon to the right of the email you would like to turn off

Step 5 - Select Yes to turn on the automation and No to disable

Step 6 - Click Save
