From the menu bar on the left, select 'Communicate' and then select 'Send Mass Emails'.
Click the orange 'Create Message' button.
Fill out the 'Name/ Recipients' section and click the orange 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
Choose your email template. 'Blast' is the most popular of the templates. When you've chosen, click the orange 'Set Template' button.
The easiest way to attach a PDF file is to add a button section. Click one of the blue 'Add Section' buttons. A popup box with section templates will appear. To add a button, select the third button on the top row.
Then you want to click the magnifying glass icon next to the 'Button URL' box.
It will bring up the pop up below and then you want to click the orange 'Files' button.
Next, you will want to click the blue 'Add New File' button.
An additional popup will appear where you can upload the PDF File.
This will make it so that all the member has to do is click the button on the email and they will be able to get that PDF.
