To edit an automated email response to triggers:
Step 1 - Click Communicate
Step 2 - Click Automate Emails / Texts
Step 3 - This will bring you to the list of the current automations. Click the pencil icon to the right of the email you would like to edit
Step 4 - Click Add Section to customize your email with pictures, headers, or footers
Step 5 - Clicking the section will add it to your email
Step 6 - Click Edit Content to alter the text of the automated email
Step 7 - Make any changes and click Set Content
Step 8 - The tokens above can be put into any email and will automatically populate with the customer's info
Step 9 - Click Save to save changes or Test to send yourself a test email
