You will want to select from the left hand menu Fitness then Post Workouts.
This will bring you to the WODs Calendar. To put in a WOD you will want to select the date you wish to add the wod to or click the orange “edit Default WOD” button. (if you edit default WOD, whatever workout you put in here is what will default to the calendar unless you manually change it)
You can give the WOD a title/name, the WOD also needs to be active to show up on the users side (either on a web page or on the mobile app). Under WOD Content you can enter your workout. This box works the same as a basic content box.
Once you have entered your WOD you will want to click the orange “Save” button at the bottom. This will add it to your calendar.
