If someone pays for their monthly membership with a cash or check:
Step 1 - Click People (CRM)
Step 2 - Click View Everyone
Step 3 - Click on the email of the user you would like to record a manual payment for
Step 4 - Click the Memberships tab
Step 5 - Click Change Membership
Step 6 - Make sure the correct Membership Type is selected from the dropdown
Step 7 - Make sure the correct Payment Method is selected
Step 8 - Click Signup for Membership
Step 9 - A green notification will occur showing you the account is active
