How to add a form you've created to a web page

To add a form that you have created to a web page you will need to either create a new page or go to the web page you would like to add the form too. Either way you will want to start by going to Website on the left menu and select Manage Web Pages from the drop down list.




To select a page already created just click the name of the page to open it to edit. To create a new page click the orange “Add Page” button.




On a new page you will need to name the page. It can be a simple as naming it the same as the form you want to add or as creative as you want to get. On an already created page you will skip this step and move to the next.




To add the form to the page you will want to click “add section” under the Page Content Section. And select the Forms Section.




You can give the Form a Heading, then you will want to select the form you have already created by clicking the first button to the right (the box with the arrow point up and to the left). To Create a new form Click the second button to the left (The box with a pen in it)




You can click the blue eye on the left to preview what your page looks like, but remember to save. Click the Blue Eye/Preview will not save your work.
