To add a page that you have created to the menu bar, you will want to select 'Website' from the left menu.
In the dropdown menu bar, select 'Edit Website Menus'.
Click 'Add Menu'.
Customize the page by naming it and change the default 'Is Primary?' and 'Is Footer?' if needed.
Then click 'Add Menu Item'.
A box with menu items will pop up. You may add several of these if needed.
Then click the orange magnifying glass icon to the right of the item.
A box will pop up with your pages, select the page you wish to add to the menu. (If the page you are looking for isn't seen on the first page, click 'Next' at the bottom of the page to go to the 2nd page of your list of pages.)
When finished, click 'Save'.
