Fixed Metrics

What is a fixed metric and why is it fixed?

A fixed metric from the admin dashboard is a metric that doesn't change it's value when you select a different date range. Certain metrics are "fixed" because they depend on the current status of the underlying reported items that make up the figure.

For example, an at risk member is only at risk if they haven't had a checkin in the last 7 days. That status of "not having a checkin within the last 7 days" is a fixed metric. The status of being at risk is dependant on a fixed date range, so it does not change when you select a different date range.
