New FitHive Feature Update Is Now Live!

Hey FitHive Fam! We're excited to announce that our newest update is now live. Please take a look at each of them below then jump in your Hive to test them out yourself.

 

Drip Campaigns

Drip campaigns received some major updates so we'll break down each feature addition individually. 

  • Text message drip campaign - Similar to email you can set up a sequence of texts that will automatically deliver when you want them to. To get started on these go-to Marketing >> Run Drip Campaigns >> Create Campaigns

 

 

 

 

  • Combine text and email in drip campaigns - With adding text drips, you can now combine a drip campaign to send both text and email in the same sequence. 

 

  • Set the delivery time for your drip campaign - Choose the time of the day you'd like your messages to be delivered. You can change the time for different campaigns but once a time is selected, all messages in that campaign will be delivered at the set time. 

 

  • Drip tap displayed on user profile - View what drips a specific member has been added to. You can access this feature by going to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Select Member >> Drips

 

  • Add/Remove user from a drip campaign - You can manually add or remove a member from a drip from their profile or directly from the drip campaign its self.

 

  • Class Registrant Report - We added a new variable to this report. You can now filter by class to get more detailed reporting. Go to Reports >> Class Schedule >> Registrants >> Class Drop Down >> Select Class

 

  • Class Schedule Threshold - There are now more times available to select for your class schedule threshold. Go to Schedule >> Schedule Classes >> Select or Add Class >> Signup Threshold >> Select Time

 

  • Mass Text Unsubscribe - Manually unsubscribe a member from a text campaign directly from their profile. Go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Select User >> Edit >> Mass Text Unsubscribe >> Yes

 

  • Appointment Report Update - You can now update user attendance status for appointments right from the Appointments Report. To access this, go to Reports >> Appointments >> then click on the Status to update as needed
