This post covers the next round of new FitHive features, updates and improvements for Nov 2024.
For those who use a scanner, this new udpate to the Tablet POS gives you the option to scan a member's barcode ID to select them during checkout. To learn more, please check out the Tablet POS support article (reference step 9).
We've added a new automation that will send a notifcation to the admin once a member has completed a Client Checkin. To enable/edit this automation, go to Communicate >> Automate Emails/Texts >> scroll down to the Fitness section and select User Completed Checkin. You can learn more about the rest of the automations available in your Hive HERE.
This new automation, if enabled, will send a notification to the admin when a new user account has been created from your website. To enable/edit this automation, go to Communicate >> Automate Emails/Texts >> scroll down to the Account section and select Open Registration New User.
**Please note that the Open/Unrestricted Account Registration setting must be enabled in order for online users to create an account.
Additional global settings have been added that allows you to set the roundness of all buttons and form input fields on your website (these will not impact your member app or instructor app). To access these new options, go to Settings >> General Settings >> and the Button Roundness and Input/Field Roundness are available under the Appearance section. Use the applicable slider to adjust the roundness as desired.
We've added TONS of new editing options to the Split Content/Image, Icon Content, Icon Call to Action, Accordion, and Content Highlight web page widgets, such as button roundness (this will override the global setting mentioned above), image roundness, image borders/shadowing, vertical padding and more. We're developing an internal 24/7 door access that is managed directly through your Hive vs a 3rd party integration.
This update will allow you to add multiple POS items and memberships to a Pay Link, which will be itemized.
One of the most requested features, this will give you the option to set up members with recurring class registrations so they no longer have to be registered for each class time individually.
This update will allow payments to be linked between primary/sub-accounts.
