This post covers the next round of new FitHive features, updates and improvements for Dec 2024.
This massive update to Pay Links now gives you the option to add/bundle multiple membership types and/or POS items to a single pay link. This can be useful for bundling things such as equipment rentals/purchases (cycling), additional services (cold treatment, sauna, red light/infrared, etc), consultations, etc. with specific membership types. This update also includes additional settings to override tax rates for each individual membership and POS item as needed. To learn more, please check out the updated Pay Links support article.
We've added token options to Waivers, which will auto-fill with the corresponding details (user name, date, organization name, etc.) when the waiver is being accessed by your members. Please review the updated Waivers support article to learn more!
This update includes new fields for emergency contact info and medical history/info that when performing a user import. The new fields that can now be imported are Emergency Contact Name, Emergency Contact Phone Number, Emergency Contact Relation, Medical - Allergies, Medical - Conditions, and Medical - Medications.
We've also added the option to import membership names, which gives you the option to bulk-add memberships to users during the import. Please note that the membership name is case-sensitive, meaning that it must match exactly as it appears in your Hive, otherwise it will not be added to the users during the import.
Lastly, you can now import membership start dates as well. Please note that if the start date is set to a future date, that the membership will go on hold until that date, after which it will automatically renew on the Start Date.

We're in the final phase of testing for an internal 24/7 door access that is managed directly through your Hive vs a 3rd party integration.
One of the most requested features, this will give you the option to set up members with recurring class registrations so they no longer have to be registered for each class time individually.
This update will allow payments to be linked between primary/sub-accounts.
