Enable ACH Payments
*Please note that as of May 7th, 2020 Stripe ACH is only available to businesses in the U.S.
Before enabling ACH payments in your Hive, you must first enable this in your Stripe account. Click HERE to learn how you can do this.
After you have enabled ACH in your Stripe account please send an email to success@myfithive.com to confirm, after which a FitHive team member will activate ACH in your Hive. This is a function that can only be completed by a FitHive team member so you'll want to make sure you don't forget to email our success team to complete the setup process. We will then send you confirmation that ACH has been enabled in your Hive.
If you choose to enable ACH it's important that you remain PCI compliant to avoid any risk of penalty to you and your business. You must acquire customer (member) authorization and store it according to NACHA and Stripe rules. Click HERE for more information on this.
