Membership: Your subscription with FitHive will automatically renew at the end of the period specified in your proposal (typically monthly), until cancelled by either you or FitHive. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please notify your rep at FitHive at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment date.
Payment Terms: The initial payment for your subscription will be due and payable on the date your Hive is launched (website and App are live) or five weeks after the date you sign a proposal with FitHive, whichever comes first. Members will provide a credit or debit card to be billed at each new period. Members grant FitHive the right to charge the credit card or debit the bank account provided to FitHive for your subscription in addition to any texting/emailing fees. Failed Payments. In the event that a Member's designated payment method is declined, FitHive will attempt to collect payment over the next 30 days. When payment is delinquent by 30 days, their subscription will be suspended and the Member will lose access to their Hive until payment is received. When a Member's subscription payment is past due by 60 days, their website will be disabled and their Hive will be deleted.
