New feature updates that allow you to better automate a contact's journey.

Hey FitHivers, We've made several updates to allow the ability to move prospects as well as members through different drips and more. There are several actions that will add or remove tags as well as add or remove drip campaigns. These updates are simple to set up but can require some high-level planning to fully execute. Taking advantage of them will offer a ton of value to better communicate and automate. Here is a look at setting up and implementing.

Form Trigger

From your admin dashboard go to People (CRM) >> Manage Forms >> +Add Form (Choose Lead Intake or User Form). After filling out the form as normal you'll see a new section Tags to Apply and Tags to Remove. Choose the desired tags you'd like added and removed once the contact has filled out the form.

Example of Use: (*One of many) A new lead has come in from a FB campaign or elsewhere and is assigned "New Lead Tag." You have them fill out a fitness questionnaire that could then add the additional tag "Fitness Questionnaire Tag" for you to be able to filter your list or set up additional drips to action based on the new tag.

Membership Trigger

From your admin dashboard go to Membership >> Add / Edit Types >> +Add Type (or edit existing membership). After entering membership details as normal you'll see a new section Tags to Apply and Tags to Remove. Choose the desired tags you'd like added and removed to the contact once the membership has been assigned. This does work with the self sign up link, add ons as well as manually updating a membership.

Example of Use: (*One of many) A new lead comes in and is assigned a "New Lead Tag" and assigned to a lead nurture drip. The prospect decides to sign up for a membership which then can trigger a new tag automatically based on that membership which could then remove the "New Lead Tag" and drip. Then in turn place them into a Welcome New Member drip campaign.

Lead Status Trigger

From your admin dashboard go to Membership >> Add / Edit Types >> +Add Type (or edit existing membership). After entering membership details as normal you'll see a new section Remove Lead Status. Check Yes to enable this feature. Once enabled a contact that was set to a Lead in your CRM will automatically be removed from the Follow up Leads section when membership with this setting enabled is added.

Example of Use: (*One of many) A lead is in one of your nurturing drip campaigns and has been set up on your Follow Up section to reach out in one month. During the nurture drip campaign, they decide to sign up for a membership. By doing so, they are automatically removed from your Follow Up section to help keep your list organized and accurate.

Appointment Trigger

From your admin dashboard go to Settings >> Appointments >> Appointment Types >> +Add Type (or edit existing appointment type). You will see two new functions to appointments have been added. Drip Campaign as well as Tags to apply will now be displayed.

Example of Use: (*One of many) A new lead enters your Hive and is added to a new lead drip campaign. Flows through the drip and decides to schedule an appointment. Once the appointment is booked it will remove them from the new lead drip campaign and adds the new tag and new drip campaign.

Tag Trigger

From your admin dashboard go to Settings >> Tags >> +Add Tag (or edit existing tag). You'll see two new fields that allow you to set the action(s) when a tag is removed or applied. Set the drip campaign to be applied and removed when a tag is added. Set the drip campaign to be applied and removed when the tag is removed.

Example of Use: (*One of many) A lead signs up for a membership and receives a New Member tag. Setting up the tag with these triggers will add them to the New Member Welcome Drip and remove them from the Lead Nurture drip automatically. If the member leaves and you remove the New Member Tag, this will remove them from the new Member Welcome Drip and automatically place them in the Former Member Drip to try and get them to come back to your gym.

Add A Link To Program Notes

From your admin dashboard go to Fitness >> Manage Programs >> +Add Program (or edit existing) >> Click Note >> Add Link URL & Link Label. This new function allows you to add a link and button to add more content (ex. mindset blog, products, on-demand page, etc...) to your programs outside of the program builder.
