New Filter in Reports: Payments

We've added a new filtering option in Reports >> Payments that allows you to search by payment method, such as Credit Card, Cash, Check, ACH.

Updated Class Registrant Records

We've expanded the details of all class registration records, which now includes cancellation details such as when a reqistration was canceled and by whom. You can learn more about these in the View/Manage Class Registrants support article (step 6).

Updated Website/CMS Widgets

The first round of updates we've made to the website editor/widgets are:

  • Mobile Preview: you can now toggle between computer and mobile views of a web page.
  • Highlighted Widgets/Content blocks: when hovering over or clicking into in a content block, that section will now be highlighted so you know exactly what section you're editing.
  • Background Hero Widget: you can now add as many slides to the rotating banner as you'd like; adjust the height of the background image, as well as vertical and horizontal positioning options.
  • Icon Call to Action: allow up to 6 columns per row; buttons to duplicate items; option to change from float columns to flex columns, with additional column sizing options; background image positioning; vertical padding; heading/font sizing; icon size slider; color selection for whole widget or per individual icon; heading color for whole widget; ability to start a new row from any item; Head and Foot content editors.
  • Icon Content Widget: allow up to 6 columns per row; buttons to duplicate items; option to change from float columns to flex columns, with additional column sizing options; background image positioning; vertical padding; heading/font sizing; icon size slider; color selection for whole widget or per individual icon; heading color for whole widget; ability to start a new row from any item; Head and Foot content editors.
  • Accordion Widget (New): new widget that allows you to set up Titles/Headers that will expand/drop-down additional content when clicked.

Stripe Update

This was a MASSIVE buildout in our backend that you won't initially notice any changes with on your Hive side, but was required by Stripe. As a brief summary, we had to switch from Stripe's Sources API to their Payment Methods API. The exciting news to take away from this is that we can also consider it the first phase of our family/sub-accounts buildout, as well as adding the option to store more than one payment method to a user's profile in your Hive, both of which have been heavily requested.

NEW FEATURES

Batch Lead Status Update

This new feature allows you to batch select users from People (CRM) >> View Everyone and update their lead status as needed. You can learn more about this by checking out the Batch Lead Status Update support article.

Batch Fitness Checkins

This new feature allows you to batch select users from People (CRM) >> View Everyone and add/remove Fitness Checkins as needed. You can learn more about this by checking out the Batch Fitness Checkins support article.

Birthday Text Auotmation

We've added a new birthday text automation that, when enabled, will automatically send out a text message to current and former members on their birthday. You can learn how to enable this in the Birthday Text Automation support article.

CMS Fragments

CMS fragment is a way to create a header or footer to display across all pages on your website, which will save you time from having to update each page individually. An example of this is a footer with an address and contact information. Another example of how you could use this is if you are running an event or have a promo that you want to highlight, a CMS fragment would allow you to display this across the header of all webpages. You can learn more about this by checking out the CMS Fragment support article.

UPCOMING PROJECTS

Family/Sub Accounts: set up memberships for multiple users under a single primary account.

Availability/Service-based Scheduling: instead of setting individual class times, you'll have the option to set up time blocks that will automatically update availability once a session has been booked. This will be great for personal training availability, as well as services such as body comp testing, hot/cold therapy, massage, etc.

Multi-payment Methods: ability to store more than 1 payment method to a user's profile.

Calendar integrations: connect the schedule in your Hive to iCal (Apple) and Google calendars.
