This support blog will highlight the existing features that have been updated, the new features that have been added, and some of the bigger projects coming down the pipeline next.
We've added new filtering options to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Filters, which now gives you the option to search by ACH status, Lead status, and Lead Follow Up Date.
We've added a new filtering option in Reports >> Payments that allows you to search by payment method, such as Credit Card, Cash, Check, ACH.
We've expanded the details of all class registration records, which now includes cancellation details such as when a reqistration was canceled and by whom. You can learn more about these in the View/Manage Class Registrants support article (step 6).
The first round of updates we've made to the website editor/widgets are:
This was a MASSIVE buildout in our backend that you won't initially notice any changes with on your Hive side, but was required by Stripe. As a brief summary, we had to switch from Stripe's Sources API to their Payment Methods API. The exciting news to take away from this is that we can also consider it the first phase of our family/sub-accounts buildout, as well as adding the option to store more than one payment method to a user's profile in your Hive, both of which have been heavily requested.
This new feature allows you to batch select users from People (CRM) >> View Everyone and update their lead status as needed. You can learn more about this by checking out the Batch Lead Status Update support article.
This new feature allows you to batch select users from People (CRM) >> View Everyone and add/remove Fitness Checkins as needed. You can learn more about this by checking out the Batch Fitness Checkins support article.
We've added a new birthday text automation that, when enabled, will automatically send out a text message to current and former members on their birthday. You can learn how to enable this in the Birthday Text Automation support article.
CMS fragment is a way to create a header or footer to display across all pages on your website, which will save you time from having to update each page individually. An example of this is a footer with an address and contact information. Another example of how you could use this is if you are running an event or have a promo that you want to highlight, a CMS fragment would allow you to display this across the header of all webpages. You can learn more about this by checking out the CMS Fragment support article.
Family/Sub Accounts: set up memberships for multiple users under a single primary account.
Availability/Service-based Scheduling: instead of setting individual class times, you'll have the option to set up time blocks that will automatically update availability once a session has been booked. This will be great for personal training availability, as well as services such as body comp testing, hot/cold therapy, massage, etc.
Multi-payment Methods: ability to store more than 1 payment method to a user's profile.
Calendar integrations: connect the schedule in your Hive to iCal (Apple) and Google calendars.
