This post covers the quick round of new FitHive features, updates and improvements for March 2025. 

New Features/Updates

Class Schedule Bulk Update - Add Registrants

We've added additional options to the Bulk Update Class Schedule tool that allows admins to select users for bulk class registrations, which is another convenient way to register users/members to multiple class times at once vs individually or through the Recurring Class settings. Please make sure to review the updated Bulk Update Class Schedule for more details. 

Form Widget CMS Styling

This update introduces new CMS editing options when adding a custom form to a web page in your Hive, such as additional content sections, background color/images, content spacing options, and more. Please check out the updated Form Widget support article for full details. 

Custom Form Submit Button

We've added an additional option to the default settings of custom forms that allows you to set the submit button with text of your choosing. Please review the updated How to Create a Custom Form support article for more info. 

Form Survey Report

Custom forms now have an additional reporting section, referred to as the Form Survey Report, that shows how people responded, breaking down each answer by the percentage and number of submissions that selected it. You can view this from your admin dashboard by goint to Forms >> Manage Forms >> then click on the pie graph icon for the applicable form. Please review the updated Forms Submissions support article for more details. 

Class Registration - Cash Payments

Admins now have the option to collect/process cash payments when manually registering a user to a class. As a reminder, admins can manually register users to a class by going to Schedule >> Schedule Classes >> select the desired class time by clicking on it >> click View/Manage Registrants. Please review the updated View/Manage Class Registrants support article for more details. 

Appointment Booking - Phone Optional (Hotfix)

Due to recent updates to A2P 10DLC requirements for text messaging, phone numbers must be an optional field when users are booking appointments. This hotfix automatically udpated all appointment booking forms to make providing a phone number optional. 

Upcoming Features

Family/Sub Accounts Phase 2

This update will allow payments to be linked between primary/sub-accounts.

Calendar Integrations - Phase 1

Expanded calendar integrations with Google and Apple Mail, which will allow syncing between personal calendars and the schedule in your Hive.

Push Notifications

This will allow push notifications from your member and instructor apps.
