Unsubscribed Members List

This update now offers a way to filter, view, and export an unsubscribe list. To get started from your admin dashboard go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Sort / Filter >> Select Unsubscribe Status you'd like to view >> Run Filter

 

 

Once you've run the filter and have the results you're looking for, you can select Batch Tools >> Export

 

 

On the following screen you'll select Current User Filter >> Run export

 

 

Once your export has run, select Download export to create your .csv file. 

 

 

 

Bulk Tag Remove

You now have the ability to remove tags from multiple users at once with the Bulk Tag Remove functionality. Similar to Adding Bulk Tags you'll want to run a filter to identify the audience you're looking to remove the tag from.  To get started go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Sort / Filter >>  Batch Tools >> Tag 

 

 

You'll then Select a tag >> toggle Remove Tag >> select Go
