With Zoom updating their usability we've added a second option to run a virtual class. Zoom will still be there for you to select but you can now choose between Zoom and Jitsi. Here are the steps to enable Jitsi in your Hive and set up a virtual class for your members.
Step 1) From your admin dashboard go to Settings >> Virtual Class Settings >> Class Schedule Integration >> Select Yes >> Save
Step 2) From your admin dashboard go to Schedule >> Schedule Classes >> Select an Existing Class or Add A New Class
Step 3) From the Class Edit Screen, go to Virtual/Video Class and select Jitsi. Click Save when ready.
Step 4) When you're ready to start your virtual class you will go to Schedule >> Schedule Classes >> Select the Class from the Schedule >> Start/Join Jitsi.
This feature has been heavily requested so we're excited to be able to deliver it to you with this latest update. You will be able to add a tag and set to a drip campaign automatically when membership is assigned to a user from the admin dashboard, addon signup, and member self signup. (Note: Editing an existing membership will not add current members to the desired drip. Any new member assigned to that membership with the new drip settings will be added.)
Step 1) To set this up or edit an existing membership go to Memberships >> Add / Edit Membership Types >> Add-Type or Edit Current Membership >> Add to Drip Campaign & Tags to apply
You now have the ability to schedule mass emails. You will follow the normal steps building out mass emails but when you reach step 5 (send) you now have three options. Save as a draft, schedule for future send and send now.
Step 1) From the admin dashboard go to Communicate >> Send Mass Emails >> Create Email >> Send - Schedule for future send >> Select Date & Time
