This post cover the next round of FitHive updates and improvements for May 2024.

New Features/Updates

Membership Contract History

This new setting, if enabled, will display a user's membership contract history in their online account, along with an option to print them as well. This makes it easy for users to review the terms of their membership contracts as needed, as well as submit them to their insurance or other applicable health program for reimbursement (if applicable). To learn more, please check out the Display Membership Contract History support article.

Icon Content Widget

We've added new options to set the background/text color per column, apply rounded corners to the columns, and adjust column spacing/padding in the Icon Content widget in the web page editor. To access this, go to Website >> Manage Web Pages >> then either select an existing page or create a new one by clicking on Add Page. If you're editing an existing page that has an Icon Content widget, simply hover over that section and select Edit >> then you can access these new settings in the left hand editor. If you're seting up a new page, select Add Section >> select the Icon Content Widget >> then edit the settings in the left hand editor.

This is a quick example of editing the text and background colors Icon Content widget.

This is an example of rounding the corners, as well as adjusting the column spacing/padding.

User Export Fields for Leads

You now have the option to include Lead Status and Lead Follow Up Date when performing an export from People (CRM) >> View Everyone. Please check out the How to Export Users from People (CRM) support article if you need a refresher. Additionally, plesae note that these new fields are under the Additional User Fields on export page (example below).

"Created By" User Filter

We've added a new Created By filter in People (CRM) >> View Everyone, which gives you the option to filter your search by who created user profiles. To access this, go to People (CRM) >> View Everyone >> Filters >> then select who you want to filter by in the Created By dropdown. The 3 available options are Anyone, Nobody/System (this filters user profiles that were created by your Hive), and Specific User (filters user profiles that were created by a specific user).

Hot Fixes/Tech Updates

New Support Area: Zoho Desk

We're excited to announce that we've recently transitioned to Zoho Desk for our customer support and Knowledge Base. You'll still send your questions/feedback to success@myfithive.com, but this new system will help us stay more organized so we're able to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Content Fragment

Issue: dynamic elements, such as contact forms, added to a Content Fragment wasn't retrieving the backend settings from the element data; this prevented next actions such as redirects or automations from being triggered from widgets in the content fragments.

Status: Fixed; any widget added to a Content Fragment will execute any applicable action when triggered.

Bad Tag ID

Issue: if more than one tag was added to a contact form and then one of the tags was later deleted, the system would drop the operation of adding the rest of the connected tags when users would submit their info.

Status: Fixed; now if a contact form has a tag that was deleted, the operation will skip them and proceed with applying the rest of the tags connected to the form.

Paylink Notification Email

Issue: payments submitted through Pay Links weren't triggering the admin notification automated email.

Status: Fixed; admins will be notified via email once a payment has been processed through a Pay Link.

Server Updates

Previous versions of our server configurations are in the process of being phased out, so we've made proactive adjustments in preperation for future Rocky9 server updates.

We truly appreciate your feedback and suggestions as we continue to improve our platform. If you have any feature requests of your own, please feel free to submit them in the Feature Request portal. You can also reach out to success@myfithive.com if you have additional questions on any of the new updates or features. As always, thanks for being a part of the FitHive Family!
